I have been taking my dog here since they opened a few years ago. This place was a life saver during the pandemic when all the vets were booked up. And they continue to do excellent work, at an affordable price. The staff here is wonderful, very caring, and warm. Also, Dr. Lee is the best vet! He’s super smart, knowledgeable, and professional. I always trust him to take care of my dog. Thank you so much Dr. Lee and staff.
It was my first time and they were really helpful. Smart idea of having people waiting in their car. Employ need an umbrella or something else to protect them from the rain. I felt bad for them talking to me and it was raining outside.
Took my dog in because she was in a fight with a raccoon, didn't notice any visible signs of trauma or anything. She was looking and acting fine, and then she Ed over and I saw some bite marks on her. Called my vet and they said take her to the walk in. They were wonderful. You wait in your car and they come out to you. The vet comes and explains everything, and tells you what they are going to do. It was wonderful and I was thankful for them.
They were also very affordable and did more than I thought. She got a rabies shot, and they prescribed antibiotics and an ointment.
Prices are on the lower end (except nail clippings which are incredibly high and did a TERRIBLE job). You get what u pay for! My dog is 6 and she’s been seen every 6-10 weeks at petsmart since she was born except and yearly at her primary vet but the last few months because of financial difficulties and vet back ups we’d decided to try CPC and since we were here getting shots we asked that they clip her nails. Half are long and they’re all uneven. One is so short my dog is bleeding and they seem to careless. I definitely should have been compensated for that terrible service it definitely was NOT worth what was paid. Anything other than simple exams and shots is not worth getting done here (things u can actually purchase and do yourself) plus half the time the staff is rude so there’s that too with today being an exception the girl and doctor we dealt with were alright.
I brought my sister here with her German Sheppard who was hit by a car. The staff is amazing and explain everything so well. They were the least expensive that she could afford and definitely worth it. I will definitely be bringing my pets here when and if they need anything. I highly recommend!
If you need a general check up for you pet, I’m sure they would be good. But if you have an immediate health concern, I would not recommend going here. We brought in our pup on a Friday and got some testing done, got the results via email Saturday. No explanation of the results, just a referral with the results. After having to take our pup to the ER, we found out he was extremely dehydrated and would have passed if we didn’t bring him in right then! Would have been nice to know that instead of an informal email.
We did get a call on Monday after we wrote an email, and we’re told they called another patients owners and explained our results to them. I feel that is extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Thank goodness we were proactive and took him to the ER, otherwise, they would be responsible for his passing with their inadequate follow up.
This Veterinary Clinic has been very helpful with the medical care of my accumulation of community cats. They don't offer all services, but so far I haven't had to be referred out.
For those of you who need a Trap, Neuter, Release clinic, Northwest Spay and Neuter is a great program. They took care of my 9 Feral cats that came with my house in the South End.
Polite and professional, the assistants and the doctors know how to care for humans as well as animals. Be prepared to wait your turn, as this is a no-appointment model for service. Daily traffic is lighter during early mornings and after lunch (like 1:30) so plan accordingly. Remember, (1) wait by the front door until someone comes out to call you in, (2) dogs must be leashed, cats must be in a carrier, and (3) bring some things to keep yourself and your beasties comfortable while you wait in your vehicle or around the parking lot. They try their best, and a little patience goes a long way.
